Wood

A thin wood carried round all four walls of a room, so that standing in the middle of it you are standing among the trees.

The trunks are kept narrow and widely spaced, and everything is held in a narrow range of warm grey. Depth comes from how soft the far trees are, not from colour.

The grass at the base is the only part with any detail, which keeps your eye low and makes the ceiling feel higher.
