Fly

Birds rising up an otherwise empty bedroom wall, finished with a hand-cut red seal near the bed.

The restraint is the point. The wall is large and almost entirely bare โ€” the birds occupy a narrow path up the middle and nothing else competes with them.

Each bird is two or three strokes. The seal is cut by hand and stamped, the way a drawing is signed.
